WITH regard to fishing trips (Tackling bad behaviour, The Press, August 4), so taking them on these fishing sprees will stop these lads kicking footballs in the street, says PCSO Dowson, of the Hull Road safer neighbourhood team.

Well, I’d like to ask him and his cronies, where were you when football was being played in the car park of Somerfield supermarket the other night at approximately 10.30pm?

Also last week, when three “not youngsters” were belting a frisbee around the same car park between 1am and 2am?

By the way, I hope they enjoy the fishing trip; it’s a great thing to do.

But why can’t well-behaved children go? It seems rather unfair to me.
