In support of the victims

HELPING HANDS: Sally Thomas, left, and Charlotte Draper collecting money for victims of the US tragedy. The pair, from Langley Park School for Girls, in Beckenham, raised more than £1,000 for victims of the World Trade Center tragedy in America. The 16-year-olds were so moved watching the events unfold they immediately began a collection, which raised £500 on the first day. After contacting Sally's cousin in New York, the girls decided to send the money to the United Firefighters' Association to support widows and families
