DIG is an experience that is all about having a go; visitors are invited to grab their trowels and get their hands dirty while exploring 2000 years of York’s unique history.

At DIG you will uncover artefacts from Roman times through the Viking and Medieval ages to the Victorian period that will help you learn what life was really like.
