The origins of The Danish Kitchen go way back to October 1978 when we opened our first Danish Kitchen in High Ousegate, York.
The New Inn at Huby

The Windmill

The Lysander Arms
A warm welcome awaits at The Lysander Arms, at Rawclife, which offers good traditional hospitality and a friendly atmosphere. The popular public house and restaurant, occupying a corner of the former Clifton Aerodrome, has history to add to its charm taking its name from the Lysander aircraft which No4 Squadron flew from the base until 1942.
