The Chanticleer Singers celebrate the 150th anniversary of Edward Elgar's birth by singing From The Bavarian Highlands at St Mary's Priory Church, Old Malton, tomorrow at 7.30pm.
In a concert entitled Transatlantic Links, the British will be represented by works by Holst, Finzi and Elgar and The Armed Man by Welsh-born Karl Jenkins.
After interval refreshments, Lauridsen and Eric Whitacre step up to the plate for the United States.
As ever, the choir will be directed this season by Jane Sturmheit.
